Check-in / Check-out
What time can I check in and check out?
Check-in is available from 3:30 PM, and check-out is until 10:30 AM. Earlier check-in or later check-out may be arranged upon prior request and subject to availability.
Arrival & Welcome
What can I expect upon arrival?
Upon arrival, the Only Summer team will personally welcome you, provide a detailed introduction to the finca, and present you with an exclusive welcome basket featuring fresh organic products from our own garden.
Capacity
How many guests can stay at the finca?
The standard occupancy is 8 guests. The maximum capacity depends on the selected booking option. The finca is ideal for families, groups of friends, or exclusive retreats.
Location & Privacy
Where is La Finca located, and how private is it?
La Finca is located in the heart of Mallorca, in the village of LlubÃ, between Inca and Sineu. Surrounded by nature with no direct neighbors, it offers complete privacy, making it the perfect place to relax and enjoy exclusive gatherings.
Facilities & Design
What amenities does the finca offer?
La Finca features a Mediterranean Boho-inspired design with natural materials and premium furnishings. Amenities include a fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning in every bedroom, underfloor heating throughout the property, a saltwater swimming pool, and high-speed Wi-Fi. The spacious outdoor area offers comfortable lounge furniture, a large dining table, and a barbecue.
Parking
Is parking available?
Yes. Several private parking spaces are available directly at the finca. An additional large parking area is available for events and larger groups.
Children
Are children welcome?
Absolutely. Families and children are warmly welcomed. Baby cots, high chairs, and children’s toys are available upon request.
Pets
Are pets allowed?
Yes. Dogs and other pets are very welcome. Pet amenities are available on-site.
Events & Celebrations
Can the finca be used for private events?
Yes. La Finca is an ideal venue for private celebrations, weddings, retreats, and exclusive events. The outdoor areas can accommodate events with more than 200 guests. Full-service event planning is available upon request.
Housekeeping
Is housekeeping included?
Yes. Daily housekeeping is included. Bed linen is changed every three days, and the final cleaning is also included in the rental price.
Towels & Bed Linen
Are towels and bed linen provided?
Yes. Towels and bed linen are provided. They are replaced regularly depending on the length of your stay. Bed linen is changed every three days.
Groceries & Shopping
Where can I buy groceries or arrange grocery delivery?
Supermarkets are located just a short drive away in LlubÃ. Grocery delivery by Only Summer is available upon request. A recommendation guide with restaurants, local specialties, and wineries is also provided.
Beaches
How far is the nearest beach?
The nearest beach, Playa de Muro, is approximately 20 minutes away by car. Additional beaches, hidden coves, and beach clubs can be recommended or arranged by our concierge team.
Sports & Leisure
What activities are available nearby?
Guests can enjoy cycling, tennis, golf, and hiking. Private fitness sessions, yoga classes, water sports, and boat excursions can all be arranged upon request.
Security
How is the finca secured?
The entire property is private, fully fenced, and secured. Video surveillance covers the entrance and selected outdoor areas to ensure maximum safety and privacy.
Minimum Stay
What is the minimum stay?
Depending on the season, the minimum stay ranges from 4 to 7 nights.

We offer a wide range of tailor-made experiences, including private chefs, boat charters, massages, sports guides, wellness treatments, and many other bespoke services upon request.

Who can I contact during my stay?
Your dedicated house manager will be your primary contact throughout your stay and will gladly assist with any requests, recommendations, or additional services.
