Farm to Table at La Finca

On the 25th of July, La Finca opens its gates for a Farm to Table evening in the heart of Mallorca. A gathering built around seasonal food from our Organic garden, shared long tables, and the simple beauty of being together under the open sky.
The experience begins at the entrance, where horses move slowly through the landscape, welcoming guests into a space where time feels different and nature sets the rhythm.
From the very first moment, you understand that this is not just a dinner. It is a place that lives from its own land.
A Dinner Rooted in the Island
At La Finca, everything is connected to the land around it.
As you walk deeper into the property, the experience unfolds naturally.
There are rows of olive trees that have been growing here for years, quietly producing the olive oil that will later be served at your table. There are bees moving through the hives, creating raw honey from the surrounding flora. Aloe vera plants grow in wide fields, alongside wild herbs that carry the scent of the Mediterranean air. The organic garden stretches across the grounds, filled with seasonal vegetables and herbs.
Walking Through the Garden
Before the dinner begins, guests are invited to walk through the land.
You move through the gardens, past fruit orchards, touching and smelling the ingredients that will later become part of the evening.
You see where the food comes from. You understand the connection between soil, sun, and table in a very direct way.
There is no distance between production and experience here. Everything exists in one continuous flow.
The Private Chef Experience
As the sun goes down, La Finca transforms into an open-air dining space surrounded by nature, where a long table is set.
A private chef leads the entire experience, creating a seasonal menu inspired directly by what has been harvested from the finca that day, turning ingredients from the garden into a shared dinner shaped by the rhythm of the land.
What This Experience Is About
This experience is about returning to something real and simple, where the food on the table is directly connected to the land it comes from and the people sharing it.
It is about understanding the journey from soil to plate, walking through the gardens, orchards, and fields, and seeing how the finca produces everything it serves, from olive oil and honey to herbs and seasonal vegetables.
