our Wine Tapas

For an incredible Summer wine tasting

These special tapas go particularly well with each of our wines…

Auro Bianco - Sleeping Beauty …

… goes well with fresh sheep's cheese accompanied by marjoram and extra virgin olive oil

Auro Bianco is always the first wine in our tastings and therefore suffers from the disadvantage that customers usually use this one to prepare for the tasting.

Therefore, sheep's cheese is full-bodied, which distracts the palate somewhat and the wine becomes a pleasant, refreshing accompaniment. This allows us to categorise the actually simple Auro Bianco as complex and very joyful to combine.

Chardonnay - Smoky Secret …

… goes well with Ratatouille

Our Chardonnay is complex, full-bodied, somewhat bitter and usually has a hint of toasted wood. The ratatouille adds an interesting vegetarian note with olive oil, which is very enhancing for the wine and especially supports the slightly smoked finish.

Rosado - Free Spirit …

… goes well with Oven tomatoes accompanied by minced meat

The Rosado is a fresh, young wine that is normally used as an aperitif. By combining it with the light acidity and sweetness of the cherry tomatoes from the oven, this pinkish free spirit becomes more complex and the lightness of this wine complements the appetiser perfectly. Now our Rosado becomes a structured red wine that has been aged as a rosé.

Our newly created free spirit is an excellent aperitif

Auro Rosso - Classic Beauty

… goes well with Lasagne

The Auro Rosso is a multilayered yet simple wine that goes very well with meat sauces, as it has excellent acidity and a balsamic note. The pasta with the béchamel sauce and the ragout combine perfectly with the simple but deep structure of the Auro Rosso. A minimalist combination that works incredible well.

Terre dei Castelli Rosso - Intense Diva

… goes well with Bœuf Bourguignon

This wine is perfect for cherishing the moment. Our Terre dei Castelli Rosso is intense and extremely fruity without being heavy. A delight for the palate, just like a Bœuf Bourguignon, which adds even more complexity to the wine. These two together perfectly enhance both elements, as the wine adapts perfectly to the food.

Rosso Vulcano - Red Ruby …

… goes well with “Porchetta”

This Italian speciality, lukewarm roasted pork, fits the gem of our exclusive selection the best. The Rosso Vulcano has beautifully complex flavours, which really come into their own when combined with a fairly neutral snack. The woody note comes through very well without emphasising the bitterness (which is created by the wood in this wine). Therefore, the Rosso Vulcano is perfectly placed in the limelight., where its supposed to be.

We will prepare this “porchetta” especially for you!
